The plant decides how it is operated
Recording happens standing at the bath, often with gloves on. What works well depends on the device — and on who uses it.
That is why MessLOG has a switch right above the measurement fields on the phone:
- The phone's own keyboard — the one everybody knows from every other app. Preselected, with decimal point, delete key and next button.
- Large keys — a dedicated numeric keypad with 58-pixel keys and a next button that jumps from bath to bath.
The choice applies per device. A tablet mounted on the shop floor is operated differently from a personal phone — even by the same person.
Practical matters
- Runs in the browser. On a phone it can also be added to the home screen.
- Multilingual, further languages can be added in the built-in editor.
- Roles from administrator to employee; a separate login for devices mounted on the shop floor.
