Entry at the bath
One bath per page, large fields, the target band shows at once where the value lies.
Action on deviation
If a value is out of range, MessLOG asks for the action and records it.
Attach photos
Visual check, plant or instrument: the photo then belongs to the record.
Values from a photo
Optionally, an AI reads the instrument display and proposes the values. They are saved only after review.

Set points and analysis
See whether the plant runs stably.
Target range and action limits
Per bath and parameter, with traffic light in list, calendar and record.
Compliance
On which working days measurements were taken and where they are missing. Public holidays and company holidays do not count.
Deviations and scatter
How often which value was out of range, mean, range and Cpk per parameter.
Trend and consumption
Trend of a parameter over the month, chemical consumption per bath. Every analysis as PDF and spreadsheet.

Laboratory and test equipment
What comes up besides the daily record.
Calibration
Test equipment with interval and due date, calibrations with result and evidence.
External analyses
Send samples to the laboratory, delivery note as PDF, file the result with the bath.
Daily overview by QR code
A QR code in the hall shows the state of the day, optionally protected by a PIN.
File manager
Data sheets, work instructions and certificates in one place, with categories.
Area 05
Chemical store and operation
Quickly set up, safely operated.
Goods receipt by scan
Scan the supplier's GS1 code: item, batch and expiry are recorded.
Stock and ordering
Minimum stock, expiry and stocktaking, orders with delivery.
Roles
Staff enter values, project managers maintain set points, administrators manage users.
German and English
The interface is available in German and English, set per user.
Backup and hosting
Backup at the push of a button, hosted on your own web space or a server in Switzerland.
Setup in the browser
Installation with a guided wizard, no server access needed. Baths and set points are provided as a template.

Trial access shows all features with a sample plant. On request, your own baths and set points are set up afterwards.
